What to bring.
Bring everything on the list that applies to you and we can usually finish in one visit. Not sure about something? Bring it anyway. It is easier than a second trip.
New client? Fill out the intake form before your visit.

Prior year
- Complete copies of your prior year tax returns
Identification
- Government photo ID for you and your spouse
- State ID
- Passport
- Social Security card for every person on the return
Dependents
- Birth certificate for each dependent
- Social Security card or ITIN for each dependent
- Proof of residency for each dependent
- School or child-care letter
- Lease agreement showing the dependent's name
Income
- W-2, 1098, 1099, Schedule K-1, or any other source of income
- Records of contributions to IRAs, other retirement plans, or education savings accounts
Expenses & deductions
- Itemized deductions
- Mortgage interest, real estate and personal property tax records
- Prior amount of state and local tax paid
- Records of donations to schools and charities. A cash donation needs a letter with the organization's EIN and address
- Education expenses
- Records of tuition and other higher-education costs
- Form 1098-T
